At approximately 9:30 pm on Saturday, November 6, 1999—precisely 21 years ago from yesterday—a distressing incident occurred. Two men forcefully entered the residence of an elderly couple, Gregor, aged 73, and Irma Palasics, aged 72, located in Grover Crescent, McKellar, Canberra.
