The team aims to establish a robust methodology for assessing the timeliness, quality, and impact of the campaigns, ensuring effective regulatory outcomes.

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead proactive and reactive regulatory activities to ensure compliance with the NDIS Act, NDIS Rules, and relevant legislation.
  • Collect, analyze, and use local regulatory intelligence to address systemic challenges and enhance quality and safeguards for NDIS participants.
  • Support the design and implementation of regulatory campaigns to educate and influence NDIS providers, workers, and participants.
  • Contribute to co-regulatory leadership by driving continuous improvement in regulatory practices, fostering innovation, and promoting agility.
  • Manage relationships through proactive internal and external engagement and education, aiming to improve provider quality, access, and delivery of services to NDIS participants over time
